Lesi, Haji (Albania, 1913) – Bajraktar, Commander of Nova, Major General and HR Al Al Al Albania Brother. It originates from a young family. For a long period, he was a resident of Debar (until 1941), and then entered a new one in the company I think the Pesa. Later he himself became the commander of Partisan Chief (from the summer of 1942). He was a participant of the National Anti-Fascist Conference in Pec (16. IX 1942) and a member of the Albanian National Committee (June 1943). According to the agreement of the GS of New and POM and the GS of Nova, with a 150 partisans, it acted for a long time on the territory of the first operational zone of New and Pom in Debar and Kichevo (August-November 1943) to win the Albanian population in NOVM. He participated in the formation of the Debar youth but a battalion of New and Pom (5. ⅹ 1943). He inflicted big losses to the ballistic forces of Xhemail Hasani-Jamo and Mephile Shehu.
