Lepenec – tributary of the r. Vardar. It springs from Mount Hill, Kosovo, at a height of 1,860 m, flows to the settlement of Zlokukani in Skopje, at a height of 253 m. From the source to the Kachancellita gorge runs in the west-east direction, then turn south-southeast direction. It is 75 km long, has a total decline of 1,603 m and an average drop of 21.4 ‰. On the territory of the Republic of Macedonia enters the village Blace and has a length of 21 km. The basin covers 2 area of 770 km, from which 2 RM belongs to 167.76 km.
