Doko, Sydet Mkuli (Ohrid, 1928) – First doctor of Albanian nationality in Yugoslavia. She graduated in the first generation of the Medical Faculty in Skopje (1947 – January 1954). As a student, he was a demonstrator after teaching anatomy and pathophysiology and associate of the Institute of Forensic Medicine in Skopje. He was first employed at the Pristina hospital, and then specialized by gynecology and obstetrics in Belgrade (1960). After returning, he was the head of the Gynecology Department in the city dispatch, and when opening the Pristina University, he was elected professor at the local medical faculty. She was director of the Gynecology Clinic in Pristina (1972-1981) and received a doctorate on the topic “Toxoplasma in the woman in the fertile age in Sap Kosovo” (Belgrade, 1974). The founder is the SP. “Praxis Medica”. She participated in several scientific gatherings in the country and abroad and has published over 30 scientific papers.
