Demir, Hamdi Tair (Skopje, 25. 1917 – 15. ⅱ 1976) – Worker, Price and political Dean. He was a member of the Skyka group of members of Turkish and Albanian nationality (end of November 1939). Later, he himself became secretary of the Skyka Group (the middle of January 1941). Soon then he became a member of the CP in a party cell from members of Turkish nationality (start of June 1941), a member of the Royuna Committee of the CP and a member of the City Board of folk aid. His confectionery workshop was an important collection point of folk aid and was one of the heads of the striking boards of the shimmirs, Sulbenzi and tobacco workers. Joining the Skopje Squad with a bag of weapons, books, etc., along with two two members of Turkish nationality, was arrested (13. 1941) and the Bulgarian military resort in Skopje condemned death by hanging (24. Xi 1941 ). According to the indictment: “workers and young Turks in Skopje, he managed to organize, gathered in his confectionery workshop, where he spoke about the objectives and tasks of the group, to be ready for action, armed and leave for their comrades in a mountain for a general armed uprising. ” From the tortures in the Idrizovo Prison, a hundreds of disabled from ⅱ group. After the organized escape from the prison (29th 1944), he entered the third Macedonian Nou Brigade and was a political commissioner of the company, and then sent to Svetilosko to form NOO, NOF organizations, folk youth and AFZH. After the liberation, he participated in the establishment of the NOF Board of textile workers in Skopje (22. ⅻ 1944), and he was elected member of the NOF Board of Skopje (29. ⅻ 1944), a member of the CPM City Committee (1945- 1952) and president of the covenant of the Fourth district of the City of Skopje. The first free elections was elected deputy and secretary of the Fourth People’s Board in Skopje and the National MP of the Constitent Assembly of NRM (1946). Later, he was a Member of the National Assembly of NRM, a member of the Presidency of the Republic Board of SZBNOVM and a member of the Council of the Republic.
