Gocevski, Trajan (village Celebrity, Delcevo, 20. ⅰ 1950) – Economist, UNIV. Professor, Dean of the Faculty of Philosophy at the University “St. Cyril and Methodius “in Skopje. Primary and secondary education ended in Delcevo, and graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Skopje (1973), where he received a master’s degree with the topic “The development of the small economy” (1982) and received the topic “interdependence and the impact of preparations for defense and economic development” (1987). Worked at the Frotika plant in Delcevo (1973-1974), then he was chairman of the Executive Council of the Assembly of the Municipality of Delcevo (1974-1978), as an economic adviser in the Government of the SRM (1978-1981) and the Secretary of the Republic Board for Traffic and connections (1981-1988). He was also engaged as a lecturer in the case of economics at the Faculty of Economics in Skopje. He was elected assistant professor at the Faculty of Philosophy in Skopje (1988) in the political and economic system and the defense of Macedonia and economics of defense, and an associate (1990) and a full professor (1990) for the same subjects and economics of management with management. He was the head of the postgraduate studies at the Institute for Defense and Peace Studies, a professor of the subject system of the defense of the Republic of Macedonia with theory of protection. He is also a professor of subject resolution and transformation of conflicts of studies in peace and development and European security of European Studies for Integration and Communications. At the same time, he is a longtime dean of the Faculty of Philosophy (from 1991-2009). He was a member of the Government of the Republic of Macedonia and the first civilian defense minister (1992). He was deputy director of the BBC of the University of Cambridge, a member of the International Board for Safety Sector Reform at DCAF (Genevski Center for Democratic Control of the Armed Forces), a member of the National Security Council of the Republic of Macedonia, President of the International Scientific-cultural manifestation “Goce Days” and editor-in-chief of the SP. “Contemporary Macedonian defense”. He is a member of the Council of the London Diplomatic Academy and a member of the CSI council in MANU. He is an architect of peaceful decision-making from the fry and creator of the defense model of the Republic of Macedonia. He is the author of about 50 books and 250 other attachments.
