Vespasian, Tit Flavia (9-79) – Roman Emperor (69-79), founder of the flavy dynasty. The emperor proclaimed the army from the eastern provinces. It has strengthened the central government and the military discipline. He suffocated the uprisings in Gaul and Germany, Pont and Judea. He arranged finance; He introduced new taxes, and some of the old ones doubled them. He raised monumental buildings in Rome (Colosseum, the Temple of Peace, the Temple of Jupiter Capitolal, etc.).
