Case Sidiropoulos and others against R. Greece – Case before the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, initiated with an appeal submitted to the Commission on 16.ⅺ 1994. of a group of citizens, members of the Macedonian minority in R Greece (Christ Sidiropoulos and others), against R Greece due to violation of the right to fair trial, freedom of thought, conscience and religion, freedom of expression, freedom of peaceful assembly and association and the prohibition of Discrimination. The court concluded a violation of the freedom of association and obliges the Government of the Republic of Macedonia. Greece within 3 months of applicants to pay them 4 mil. Drachmas.
