Temkov, Kiril Dimitrov (Kavadarci, 16. 1943) – Doctor, UNIV. professor of philosophy. He studied in Belgrade, Zemun and Skopje. He graduated (1968) and Philosophy at the Faculty of Philosophy in Skopje (1982), where he was an assistant (1970) and a full professor (since 1990) after ethics and aesthetics. He was head of the Institute of Philosophy (1989- 1991). He held lectures at universities in various countries and many of our institutes and faculties. He introduced and teaches the subjects philosophy of managerial and philosophy of politics, environmental ethics, bioethics, pedagogical ethics, philosophy of education, ethics of managers-Kiril Temkov. He was a mentor of many MPhiles and PhD students. He managed (c.) Aesthetic laboratory (1971-1994). He founded and led the Open Theater University, the Festival Young Open Theater, the open film university, the theater workshop of the Faculty of Philosophy, the Skopje Jazz Festival; As president of the Skopje cultural-educational community, he founded the Skopje Cultural Summer. He was chairman of the University Cultural Information Center; Secretary and President of the Filosophy Company, member of the Board of Cultural Workers (1990-1991), member of the Macedonian Forum (1991), a member of the Bioethic Forum for Southeast Europe (since 2004), etc. He was the founder and editor-in-chief of the cultural agency metaphor / epoch. He explored and published over 1,000 texts for various areas of life and culture: Philosophy, Morality, Education, Economics, Management, Art (Theater, Jazz, Film, Photography, etc.). One is from the founders of the project “History of Culture of Macedonia”. It has raised and managed the action for introducing classes on ethics at all levels of education in our country. He prepared the Code of Ethics for the University “St. Cyril and Methodius”. It runs the tribune “ethical views of St. Kliment Ohridski “(Ohrid).
