Tarabuka – membranophone music People’s instrument of oriental origin. It has a shape of a conical vase, and it is made of clay in length from 200 to 400 mm. Its larger circular opening is closed with crucified skin from lamb or jaw, and more recently with plastic leather. The smaller circular aperture is not a Tarabuca closed. It sticks under the arm, and the tone is produced by hitting your fingers (right hand in the middle, left on the edge). In the Macedonian practice, it has been in recent times, and due to strong and broken sound, it is more often encountered with harmonica or composition of brass instruments.
