Sinaitic, Theodosia – (Dojran, OK 1780 – Thessaloniki, Ok. 1844) – Bookmark, printer, translator and publicist. He studied in Constantinople, stayed as a monk in the Sinai Monastery (today Egypt), he lived and worked as a priest in Thessaloniki and the Taxiade of the Sinai Monastery. They include among the first printers in Macedonia, because with the help of the Tikviver Daskal Kamche, towards 1836. He opened a printing house in the village of Vatasha, Kavadarechko, and at 1838 he transferred it to Thessaloniki, supplying it with the necessary Cyrillic letters. In the Printing Hair in Thessaloniki, several books were issued (“Jewish”, “Compression sinner” from Kiril Pejcinovic, “Nathanael Zografski,” a brief description of the twenty monasteries of St. Gora, “” Dictionary of three languages ”). Several times it is dumb than unknown perpetrators. He is the author of a brief preface to the book “The Compliment” of Kiril Pejcinovic. Died in Dojran in tragic circumstances. D. T.
