Sharplanin Cup

Sharplanin cup (Popova Shapka, 21. ⅲ 1947) – a pile in downhill. On the first game, the representations of Bulgaria, Yugoslavia, Romania and Hungary took part in the first game. He won the Hungarian Silko Peter, and the best placed skier from Macedonia was Ramadan embankment, which he seized the 32st place. Over time, the competition program was expanded with Slalom and Velelaloma, as well as with the participation of youth and women, and the placement of skiers from Macedonia was improved. Despite the endeavor of the Sharplanin Cup to organize each G., a total of 36 competitions (until 2005) have been held.
