Prizren Declaration (Prizren, Kosovo, 22.ⅴ 2001) – a document composed by the OSCE Special Representative Robert Frowick for the 2001 War of 2001, signed at the NLA headquarters, by the Supreme Commander of the NLA Ali Ahmeti and presidents of PDP Imer Imeri and DPA Arben Xhaferi. The document is furious on the principles on which the Framework Agreement is later based: Territorial Integrity of the Republic of Macedonia without territorial and ethnic solutions; a multiethnic state; rejection of strength as a way of solving interethnic problems; Together as an assumption of the integration of the Republic of Macedonia in NATO and the EU, the United States and the EU as facilitators in the negotiation process. Immediately after learning about her, the Declaration is condemned in all media in Macedonian in the Republic of Macedonia, President Boris Trajkovski assesses it as unacceptable, and Prime Minister Ljupco Georgievski as a posting war.
