Pouses (ⅺ c.) – Norman Count and military leader. Together with Petar Alifa, sent by Boemund Terento to conquer the places and Skopje (in the autumn of 1082). Established Norman rule in Skopje, but prepared a betrayal (in the winter of 1082/1083), was discovered, but managed to escape to Emperor Aleksia and Companit. Lit.: A.
