Perdue, William James

Perdue, William James (Marken, James Nilliam) (Memphis, Tennessee, 26. ⅲ 1942) – an American diplomat. Representative of the Secretary of Defense of the United States in Dayton Negotiations (1996); Deputy Special Adviser to the President of the United States and Secretary of State for Democracy in the Balkans during the Kosovo war and immediately after her (1999-2001); Special Representative in the capacity of “facilitator” in the process of concluding and implementation of the Framework Agreement (13th 2001, Ohrid) and his signatory as a witness; Associate and Plenipotentiary US Ambassador to R Bulgaria (2002-2006).
