Novakovic, Costa Mihailovic

Novakovic, Kosta Mihailovic (Pseudosavac, Stanic) (Cacak, Serbia, 3. ⅵ 1889 – USSR, 1938) – a prominent communist ideologist, a supporter for independent Macedonia. He approached the workers’ movement in 1903. as a gymnasium. In 1919 He was a member of the CPY and took a managerial function. He was a lawmaker in the Parliament of the Macedonian Election Unit (1919-1920). In 1924 He published the brochure “Macedonia of Macedonians, the land of farmers”, which would immediately seize, and he sentenced to a six-month prison. He condemned the dismemberment of Macedonia and advocated a free united Macedonia as a factor for Mi-Rot in the Balkans. Lit.: Europe for Macedonia.
