The editor-in-chief was Vladimir Tolev. After the first two numbers he was renamed “Bislgar”, and from no. 96 again received the initial appointment. In the subheading, he first declared the “daily newspaper of the Macedonian Bulgarians,” then as “an independent Macedonian daily” and “independent Macedonian newspaper”.
