Milutinovic, Zoran (Skopje, 18. ⅹⅰⅰ 1950) – Affirmed a scientist in the field of earthquake engineering, according to disaster management and strategic planning. He graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Skopje (1976), Master’s Degree in Izis (1982). He received his doctorate at the University of Kyoto, Japan (1986); elected as full-time professor (1992); Professor at the universities in Kobe (1994) and Kyoto (2001), Japan. Head of a number of international projects, the UN expert and the Council of Europe. Author and co-author of over 340 scientific and professional papers, a member of the Editorial Boards of several international journals. K. Tal.
