Military courts in Macedonia – for the first time were foreseen in the rules (the Constitution) of the Macedonian Vistaine Committee (1878). In the time of the Krusevo Republic (1903), a revolutionary court competent to judge the traitors was formed. During the NOB, an order was made for the establishment of the backing military authorities and an order for the organization and jurisdiction of the military courts by the Supreme Headquarters of New and Pai (1942). After World War II, military courts in the DFM / NRM / SRM had features of regular specialized courts that trials for crimes committed by the Military Persons. These courts were responsible for the trial of civilians if during the war or military state committed crimes that weaken the military defense or security of the country, or works regarding the service in the army.
