“Matka” – artificial accumulation of R. Fever. It is located 14 km from the city of Skopje. The dam is concrete, ring-cool, built of reinforced concrete, with a height of 38 m and height above the ground of 29.5 m. The crown of the dam is at a height of 317.5 m, its length is 64 m, and width 1 m. At normal level, the length of the company is 7 km, the largest width of 120 m and covers an area of 0.25 km. At the elevation of the maximum level, the volume of lake 3 water is 4,000,000 m. Water is used for electricity generation, irrigation, fishing and breeding artificial accumulation “Matka”, Skopje HEC Matka has installed power of 3.9 mies. Dr. C.
