Malenko, Alexander

Malenko, Aleksandar (Ohrid, 20 and 1979) – a swimmer. He finished secondary school in Skopje (1997). He was a member of PVK “Ohrid waves” in Ohrid (1989-1992), and then the APK “student” in Skopje. Asked in swimming 38 Republic Records of short trails. The European Championship for Youth in Geneva (Switzerland, 1995) won a silver medal of 200m Dolphin, and in Copenhagen (Denmark, 1996) Golden of 200m Dolphin, two silver medals at 100 m Dolphin and 200 m Kraul and fourth place of 400 m mixed. He also performed at the World Cup (1995) and the Olympic Games (1996). He is elected the best athlete of Macedonia (1995 and 1996). D. S.
