Linkestid (LDNC) – Gorno-Macedonian area stretched after the middle course of the r. Erigon (black), in the southern part of Pelagonija (Bitola-Lerin plain), with Mount Grandma in the west, southern part of the Highland Mariovo and Kajmakchalan in the east. Through it he passed the famous ancient path of Via Egnatia and through the low crossing Kirley-Derven continued to Eoddaia to the south. Honey – Macedonian tribe Lynches lived. Chief, and perhaps the only real city in this area was Heraclea (Heracleaea), founded by King Philip ⅱ Macedonian. The lynchestids are preserved for the time being the oldest reliefs of tombstones.
