Ilievski, Metodija

Ilievski, Metodija (Possud. Kreola) (Bitola, 20. ⅳ 1914 – Skopje, May, 1984) – Opera Pesh, bass. Singing learned privately in st. Lipso. In the opera of the MNT is from 1948 to 1972. In the beginning as a member of the choir, and later as a soloist, he was the bearer of Basovo repertoire in the first two decades of the operation of the opera. He made more than 45 smaller and larger roles, among which more important are: Don Basilio (Seville Berber), Ducemara (love drink), Philip (Don Carlos), Spairhukukile (Rigoro), King Samuel in the eponymous opera from K. Macedonian. He owned a soft and pleasant voice with Basovo-Bariton Temb. F. M.
