Hydrometeorological service. The Hydro-Meteorological Service of Macedonia was established in 1947, and in 1993 It becomes a member of the World Meteorological Organization (SM), which is a specialized agency of the United Nations (UN). The Hydrometeorological Service of Macedonia is implemented by the laboratory of the Hydro-Meteorological Administration in Skopje, the cartoon program, within the framework of the funds available and continuously improves its professional and methodological basis. The goal is to be more succumb to the world hydrometeoceptive and more useful for our economy and the country as a whole. The Hydrometeorological Service issues warnings of dangerous weather phenomena, serves information services for time and climate, informs and educates the public about understanding time, monitoring, registering and reporting time and waters, working with international partners, and more.
