Huni – Asian nomadic tribes of Mongol origin. Proceeded in Europe, defeated the islands of the northern coast of Black Sea (375) and continued to move to the west (376). In Europe, they formed a large tribal alliance, with a center in Panonia, which occupied Territories from Volga, to the east, to Germany, to the west. The greatest power had at the time of Atila (433- 453), “God’s whip”. Under his leadership, they took looting attacks of the Roman Empire, they plundered Macedonia (447).
