Hilarion Meglenski, Illuminated

Hilarion Meglenski, Saint (Ohrid, the end of XI in. -?, 1164) – Saint, Meglen Bishop and literary Deper. Between 1133 and 1142 Ohrid Archbishop Eustatius ordained for Bishop Meglensky. He was a fierce opponent of heretical movements and teachings, with which directly led polemics and wrote polemic texts with anti erentic containers. Hilarion Meglenski Momin, interpreting the works of authoritative church writers. At the place where they were gathering exiled from Him heretics, he raised a temple dedicated to the Holy Apostles and wrote a special constitution.
