Hamdi-Bay Ohri (Hamdi Bay Ohri) (Ohrid, 1862-1938) – The founder of the first Albanian school in Ohrid. He finished elementary school in Ohrid, and Ruchde in Bitola. The studies continued in the military high school in Istanbul, but because the patriotic activity was excluded from the school. He left in handwriting an Albanian-Turkish dictionary, from which one part was destroyed, and the other part took Sotir Kole in Sofia.
