Globalization and RM -. a contradictory process, which contains an economic, political, legal, cultural, environmental and military dimension. She has a bright and dark character, on the one hand spreads technology, information and universal cultural values, and on the other polarizes the world to the north and south, i.e. The rich and poor countries, with a tendency to become the “richer and poor S” poorer. During its transition, the Republic of Macedonia is placed in the voter of this ambivalent process. She, on the one hand, although delayed, is involved in the information society process and the transfer of new technologies, and on the other hand, the influence of the instruments of globalization: the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank, the World Trade Organization and others. Through this impact, RM S “is more dependent on” international community “. It is in the name of this “international community” two types of wars: globalizing and those arising from globalization. The Republic of Macedonia suffered a war (2001) precisely since the second kind, mostly stimulated by the geopolitical interests of the “international community”. The conflict ended with the signing of the Ohrid Framework Agreement (13th ⅷ 2001), which led to changing the characteristics of state regulation: from a country – a nation in a country of ethnic communities.
