General Assembly of the UN (New York, 1945 -) – the highest UN representatives of the UN. As a rule, the General Assembly adopts resolutions, recommendations and other general acts that are not directly binding, but the UN member states, in their own choice, incorporate their national legislation. It is convened at a regular session, as a rule, every third week of the month of September. The General Assembly is chaired by a president who is elected for every session of a different UN member state. In 1977 Lazar Mojsov was elected President of the UN General Assembly and within the term of office in 1978. chaired with the first special disarmament meeting. The Security Council is the secondary importance authority of the UN. He, in a sense, is subordinate to the General Assembly and prepares the acts that it adopts.
