Ganchev-Stojanov, Stojan (Eitos, Bulgaria, 28. ⅻ 1929) – Opera Pesh – Tenor, First MNT Opera. In 1960 He graduated solo singing at the Sofia Music Academy (Prof. Brambarov), and he studied opera directing (Prof. Kodziev). Sofia’s soloist (1960-1963) and soloist in the opera of the MNT (1964-1969). He had engagement in the Zagreb Opera (until 1993). He is the bearer of about 80 major and smaller roles. Significant leading roles: Radames (Aida), Manriko (Trubord), Polish (norm), Mario Kavarados (Toska), Samson (Samson and Dalila), Eric (Ho-Lanjanin Tramp), Don Jose (Carmen), Vasily ⅱ (K . Macedonian Emperor Samuel), Faust, Yichen (Bride sold), Othello. He visited in many foreign countries. It deals with directing and vocal pedagogy.
