Cvetkov, Ljubomir (Ohrid, 1938) – Technologist, UNIV. Professor. He graduated from the Faculty of Technology at the University of Zagreb (1962), a master’s degree and then received his PhD (1979) at the Faculty of Technological Faculty in Skopje, where he is employed since 1970, and as a full professor of 1988. He was Dean of the Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy in Skopje in a long period. Areas: Technology of food products and conservation and packaging; isolating and purifying components of plants. He is the author of textbooks for secondary and higher education and scientific and research projects.
