The Constitutional Assembly of the DFJ – Representatives elected in order to adopt the constitution of FNRJ since 1946. The direct elections for the constituent Assembly of the DFJ were held on 11. ⅺ 1945. In conditions of expressed revolutionary optimism. In those elections, 96% of the electorate (8,383,455) voted for the list of the National Front, whose bearer was J. B. Tito. Two Home of the Constitent Assembly were selected: Federal Assembly and Assembly of the Peoples. For the Federal Assembly, 349 were elected, and for the Assembly of the Peoples 175 MPs, after 25 MPs from each federal individual, from Vojvodina 15 and Kosovo and Metohija 10 MPs. True at the two year anniversary of the second session of Awnj, at 29. ⅺ 1945, at his first session, the Constitent Assembly, as his first act, adopted the Declaration on the FNRJ proclaiming, which formally abolished the monarchy. Immediately afterwards, the constitutional assembly opened the procedure for adopting a new constitution. After a two-month debate, on 31. and 1946, upon a proposal from the Ministry of Constitution, this Assembly declared the FNRJ Constitution, as the first constitution of the Second Yugoslavia. Before the proclamation, the FNRJ Constitution was read in the FNRJ official languages - in each language after a number of members.
