Chicory (Tothorium Intas) – a one-year plant from FAM. Asteraceae grown mainly due to vitamin C leaves, beta-carotene and mineral materials. Consumed as a fresh salad. Intensive vegetative growth has at a temperature of 16-20S. It is grown overgrown-chicory but with a plant, but also with direct sowing. There are two variety types: leafy and losit. D. J.
