Cementarnica “USJE” – Skopje – Industry for the Production Cementary “USJE”, Skopje Leadership of cement and products of cement and more. Designed, built and released in the 1950s. It is located in the industrial zone and is called according to the former village of Usje. Cement is obtained by mixing a moving clinker and gypsum. The clinker is a product that is obtained from limestone (Tsako) and sand (CIO), as well as 32 accessories of oxides of aluminum and iron. The limestone is digging in the mine in Governevo, the sand in the mine in Ljube, and the buffer in the factory circle. The raw materials are crushed, melting, dried and mixed and finally, as raw flour with fuel supplement, are entered into a rotary furnace and there are calcined, are decarbonated and sintered (on 1470O C) to clinker. The clinker is cooled, they are crushed and grinded from it by mixing is getting cement. Measures are taken for controlled discharge dust and gases (with, 2 But CO, etc.). Production is associated with spending a lot of energy, and measures for reduction of consumption and substitution with secondary fuels are introduced.
