Bulgarian-Yugoslav agreement for using two-way property on the border

Bulgarian-Yugoslav agreement on the use of two-way properties on the border (Sofia, 25. ⅷ 1947). With non-Bulgarian Emperor Boris ⅲ in Company with Hitler, the signatories regulated the use of two-way properties on both sides of the Bulgarian-Yugoslav border. The Contracting Parties have committed their competent authorities to prepare lists for two-way properties separately for each settlement in the border zone and submit to the relevant authorities of the other party. The agreement was specified the term two-election property, rights and convenience of the owners, the regime of crossing the border. The Contracting Parties reserve the right to prohibit the border holders crossing the border under the conditions listed in the contract. The incidents of the two-way properties received the treatment of border incidents. The agreement came into force on the day of its confirmation (21. Xi 1947).
