Buck, Rosni

Buck, Rose (Rose) Joha (Shid, Serbia, 7. 1923 – Skopje, 7. 1994) – Communist Deper, a journalist. He was a member of the literary company “Jephimia”, the Red Cross and the Scout organization, and because of the membership in the Sacio (1939) was excluded from the women’s high school in Skopje (late 1940). Then he became a member of the CPY (December 1940), and then a member of the MK of the SKOY in Skopje (May 1941). She was arrested by Gestapo, but she managed to escape and crossed into the illegality in Skopje, Veles, Stip and Kocani, and then became a fighter of the Veles NOO “Dimitar Vlahov” (May 1942). After the capture of the Bulgarian police (27. 1942), he was sentenced to ten years of strict prison. In 1944 He was released from the prison and deported in Maribor (Slovenia), where her parents were located, and he joined the Winovo Front. After the liberation, he returned to Skopje and was a journalist, editor and editor-in-chief of the newspapers “Unity” and “Nova Makedonija”, the magazines “Makedonka” and “Enlightened Woman” and Skopje. It was one of the founders of the Association of Journalists of Macedonia and President of the Commission for Information at the Republican Assembly of the SRM. Holder of the Partisan Monument 1941.
