Braocic, Miodrag (Skopje, 1932) – Professor of Technological Institute of Faculty in Skopje, scientist and prominent businessmen of chemical engineering. He was educated in Leskovac and Skopje. He graduated from the Faculty of Technology in Zagreb (1955), a Master’s degree in Virginia, the United States (1966), and PhD at the University of Bratford, V. Britain (1973). More specializations and study stays. Worked in: Soda factory in Lukavac, BiH, the Institute for Scientific Research in the Industry of SR Macedonia, Electrochemical Combine “Biljana”> Skopje (chief engineer), organic-chemical industry “Naum Naumovski – Borce” (Ohis) – Skopje (Head The design bureau, director of production and general manager). Works on the Technological and Metallurgy Faculty – Skopje (since 1961), and in a regular employment is from 1970. A full professor is from 1979, and he was retired since 1996. Areas: operations and machinery and measurement and automatic regulation in the chemical industry, process dynamics with complex regulation, application of computers in the process industry, etc. He is the author of textbooks and devices, scientific papers and projects.
