Boris ⅰ (? – 907) – Bulgarian Khan and Prince (852-889), last pagan ski and first Christian ruler of medieval Bulgaria. He continued his father’s conqueritions, he joined Bulgaria territories of Central and Western Macedonia, as well as parts of Albania. He accepted Christianity as an official religion in the Bulgarian state (864/865) and received the Christian name Mikhail. He suffocated the battle rebellion and son Vladimir, who tried to restart the paganism in the country. He received his yard escaped students of Cyril and Methodius from Moravia.
