Baudouin de-Kraper, Ivan (Yan) Alexandrovich (Baudouin de Croatenas, Ivan Alexandrovich) (1 ⅲ 1845 – 4. XI 1929) – Polish and Russian linguist, UNIV. Professor in Russia and Poland (Petrograd, Kazan, Krakow and Warsaw), founder of the Kazani (later Petersburg) linguistic school and researcher of South Slav dialects. He explored them. A.
