Balkan ministerial conference

Balkan Ministerial Conference (Tirana, 24-25. Ⅹ 1990) – Conference of Ministers from the Balkan states. Ministers of all Balkan countries participated. An important situation in Europe and the world and that the new security concept in Europe required multilateral co-operation. They agreed that minorities have the right, within the framework of the constitutional order, freely express, to nurture and develop their ethnic, cultural, linguistic and religious identity, important for good neighborly relations, mutual trust, rapprochement and democracy in the Balkans.
