Ascension, Andrew (Andreja Andreevich Vanskiy) (Moscow, 5. ⅻ 1933) – Russian poet, free creator. He wrote an experimental poetry that always relied on the tradition of the Russian avant-garde. He explored new opportunities and used sound associations and associative arrays, grotesque and paradoxical metaphora, and also in the construction of its verses relies on architecture and painting.
