Ahmed, Oktays (Octoshamd) (Skopje, 1967) – poet and scientist of Turkish nationality in the Republic of Macedonia. He graduated from the Faculty of Philology in Skopje. Master degree in 2001, and received his Ph.D. in 2004 in the field of Turkish linguistics. He is employed at the Faculty of Philology “Blaze Koneski” in Skopje with the title of docent. In addition to scientific and professional papers in the area of Turkish language, among the affiliation, who and the textbook “Introduction of the Mocratic Ahmed Fair of Turkish language” 2008, has published the poetry book Symphony (1994).
