Chlan, Radoslav

Chlipen, Radoslav (ⅹⅳ c.) – Noble, a military leader of Stephen Dushan, an independent ruler in southwestern Macedonia, Master of Ber and water with the surrounding ends. He raised and glued after the death of Emperor Stephen Dushan (1355). He ruled the territories of Seleka Mountain, northward, to the border of Thessaly, to the south, west until Kostur, and east to the r. Vardar. He maintained good relations with the northern neighbors, with King Volkashin and his son Marko, who was his son-in-law, married daughter Elena. Lit.: H.
