Trajkov, Nicholas.

Trajkov, Nikola (village Vranestica, Kichevo, 26. ⅴ 1888 – Sofia, 12. 1963) – Philologist, historian, diplomat. He was educated in Bitola and Sofia. The Sofia University finished Slavic philology. Worked as a teacher, a journalist, diplomat and UNIV. Professor (after new-fighting language). He participated in the Macedonian national-liberation movement. During the Balkan wars, he was a volunteer in the Macedonian-Ri region. He studied the work of the Macedonian rebirths – the Miladinov brothers, Grigor Prlicev, the Brothers Robevci, K. Mishajkov. More important labor is: “Miladinovci’s Brothers – P and C K K and CB (Sofia 1964), Ban’s edition, publishing letters from Dimitrija and Konstantin Miladinovci, as well as documents for the Macedonian revival (Robevci, Sapkarev, Partenia Zografski , Mitra Miladinova, Kiriak Having, etc.), as well as a larger number of unknown diplomatic documents over the death of Miladinovci. Great interest showed the work of Krste Misirkov. It helped the house of young Macedonian scientists in the orientation after Bulgarian archival institutions. D. T.
