Serbian Democratic League

Serbian Democratic League (August 1908 – 1909) – Organization for political-propaganda acting in Macedonia. After the victory of the Young Turk Revolution and after the introduction of constitutional arrangement, the government of Serbia organized the creation of this Serbian political organization for political-propaganda acting in Macedonia. The league demanded recognition of Serbian nationality, Serbian bishops of the Veles-Debar and the Ohrid Diocese for the burst of Serbian territorial claims in Macedonia.
