Prevalja, Shaban Dalip (Shaban Dalip Exclaval) (village Radolista, Struga, 25. ⅺ 1941 – Skopje, 28. ⅸ 2007) – Economist, journalist and UNIV. Professor. Primary and secondary education ended in Struga. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Prilep. Masters Degree and Ph.D. at the Faculty of Economics at the University “St. Cyril and Methodius “in Skopje. He was a journalist and editor in Radio Skopje – program in Albanian language (1972-1980), Financial Officer of the Internal Bank “Fever” (1983-1991), MP and Vice-Governor of the National Bank of the Republic of Macedonia (1992-2001). Two years he was a visiting professor at the South East European University in Tetovo, at the College “Fama” and the University “Pierter Bogdani” in Pristina. The last four European University, that is, on FON, in Skopje.
