Declared the cancellation of any territorial extensions; Extensions not allow if they do not comply with the freely expressed will of the people; Respecting the right of all nations to choose the form of proficiency that responses to them; Returning the right of the peoples themselves to be managed, if they were deprived of the right; Access to raw materials and trade in the world under the same conditions both of the big and small peoples and establishing peace and security for all nations and all people in all countries to live free from fear and misery.
