Milosovski, Slavko (village Vratnica, Tetovo, 28. and 1928) – Sociologist and UNIV. Professor. He finished elementary school in the village. Vratnica, and a gymnasium in Skopje. He graduated from the Faculty of Law in Skopje (1957). Postgraduate studies ended at the Institute of Social Sciences in Belgrade (1960). He received his doctorate at the Faculty of Law in Skopje (1965). He taught Sociology at the Faculty of Law in Skopje Slavko Milosalovski (lecturer 1961-1965; Associate Professor 1966-1971 and full professor 1972-1974). He was a member of the Executive Committee of the CC of SKJ (1966-69) and secretary of the Secretariat of the CCM of SKM (1969 -1972). In this function, during the “struggle with liberalism and nationalism”, it resigns the 36th session of the CCM of the SCM (January 1973), and in June 1974 it was excluded from the SCM, after which the working relation of the faculty is terminated. He was the founder and first president of the Social Democratic Party of the Republic of Macedonia (until September 1991) and the Associated and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Macedonia to FRJ / SICG (1996-2003).
