Macedonian Congress (Geneva, Switzerland, early 1899 – 1900) – Congress on which the Central Macedonian Committee was established, at the initiative of Gjorgji Kapcev (from Ohrid), in order to unite Macedonians in Switzerland organized in companies, to prepare Makedonski General Congress and as a permanent representative body to actualize the Macedonian question before the European major forces. The CC published an appeal (12th and 1899) to the European public, which was presented a project for the arrangement of Macedonia. Congress scheduled for 3. ⅲ 1899 not held.
