The company has expanded organizationally in Haymond (Indiana), with its own separate seat, and then in Canada. Fig. N.- Adam Lazarevic Lazarevic, Adam (v. Zelari, Serbia, 1900 – Belgrade, 1970) – University professor, lawyer. The high school finished in Nim, France, and the Faculty of Law in Belgrade (1923), where he defended the doctoral dissertation on the topic “For state intervention in family relations” (1926). At the same faculty was elected a freelance teacher in the case of civil law (1933) and for an associate professor in the case of civil court proceedings (1939). For a full-time professor of cases civil law and civil court proceedings, he was elected legal department at the Faculty of Law Faculty in Skopje (1951), and later he taught the case of civil court proceedings with Pension (1968). Twice was Dean of the Faculty of Law in Skopje (1955/56 and 1958/59). He published a number of textbooks and scientific papers in the field of civil and commercial law.
