Kalchevski, Risto (Prilep, 29th 1933 – Skopje, 7. 1989) – Painter and professor at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Skopje, the most characteristic representative of the abstract painting. He graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Ljub-Risto Kalchevski: Figure 32/78 Ljana (1953). Memed in the group of MUGRA. She independently exhibited in Skopje, Ljubljana, Paris, Kranj. As early as the earliest paintings, associative elements arise (figures in Green, 1959), which later cross into complete non-profitable performances (steam, 1961). At the end of the sixties inserted in the work of homeless materials with unobtrusive geometrism, releasing the path of the image to the building (Figure 11-70, 1970). The latest works, inspired as the previous of the Macedonian cultural and geographical area, contains a colorful color and more pronounced boldness.
